Most people drastically underestimate what they can accomplish in 5 years.
At the start of a journey, many overestimate their first year’s progress, driven by excitement and optimism. However, true transformation comes from focusing on one key goal—the lead domino—and consistently working on it over five years. This long-term commitment can lead to unimaginable achievements, such as building the business of your dreams, creating financial freedom, or living a rich and fulfilled lifestyle. By narrowing your focus and persevering, you can create a life that aligns with your deepest values.
You have too many goals. You don’t have a plan. You lack motivation. You’re afraid of failing. Your goals are too small. You’re unsure of the actions you need to take. You feel unworthy of the end result. You don’t understand the goal-setting process.
The ONE Thing Goal Setting framework helps you set big goals and build a plan to achieve them.

How will this retreat be different from previous years?
While the core material of our retreat is based on the timeless principles of The ONE Thing, each year offers a unique experience that reflects the growth and changes in our attendees. No one is the same person they were a year ago, and this evolution transforms each retreat into a new opportunity for personal and professional development. With many returning attendees, the dynamic interplay of fresh insights and familiar faces creates an environment where both new and revisited concepts resonate differently. This ensures that no two experiences are ever the same, providing value and fresh perspectives annually.
Are there discounts available for bulk ticket purchases?
Bulk discounts are available for groups of 8 or more. Please email support@the1thing.com to receive a personalized discount code.
Are children welcome at the retreat?
We have designed the retreat to ensure that attendees can fully immerse themselves in setting and prioritizing their personal and professional goals without distractions. As such, the event is not suitable for children. We believe that setting goals with your family is crucial; however, this particular setting is curated for individuals over the age of 18 who are looking to deeply engage in personal development activities and networking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain the focus and integrity of the retreat experience.
