In a world full of choices, deciding what matters most can be tricky. Extraordinary success is about leaning into our priorities and avoiding distractions.

Watch Time: 4 minutes

Here’s how it works:

  • Flip through the deck of values and consider cards one-by-one.
  • Put values that resonate with you into your shortlist pile and discard the rest.
  • If the word of your value is missing, write it on one of the blank cards.
  • Choose your top three core values by reviewing your shortlisted pile and discarding cards that no longer resonate.
  • Rank the final three cards in order of priority.

“The most productive people
start with purpose and use it like a compass.”
