Dr. Richard Winters is a career physician out of the Mayo Clinic focusing on emergency medicine, having served as managing partner for the Democratic Physician Group, department chair of an emergency department, president of an 800-physician medical staff, and CEO and founder of a startup care organization.

Dr. Richard has most recently grown into the role of a trainer, executive coach, and developer of future leaders. He dives into how he leverages the skills he’s seen in his career environment to help new and developing leaders sharpen their skills.
